Thanks, I put this software in A4 too,

but i still dont understand one thing.... when i put sd card with keldo after update (restart and waited 10min) ... nothing happend.... then i used another activator, choosed sd1 clicked just update (after that should be another screens), then car rebooted and its done.....

did i something wrong?

This could happen, use the second method.
Normally you must do nothing, wait 5 Minutes, if Map is blocked, then insert SD-Card with activator and wait what happened. A lot of people tried it 5 or 6 times til activator screen appears. Try also another SD-Card.

I have downloaded software before, but anyway thanks for the link,

again many thanks, you helped me a lot with update

for the future updates, uninstallation of activator is only for update maps? or have I to uninstal activator before updating MMI too.

Normally: 1. Install firmware 2. Install map 3. Activate the map.
If you install a new firmware, you need always an activator for the map.
If Vlasoff Activator is installed and you do not update firmware, it bypass the license verification, so if you install a new map next year, the map is already activated and you don't need to activate.

Attention!
If your Car has a build in Bose Soundsystem, you must install new Firmware with "user defined mode" in Hidden Menu and uncheck Bose if available during Firmware update.
If not, your Soundsettings are gone and you need Vag Can Pro to bring back your Settings!

bin frischer Faher eines A4 B8 von 2014 mit HN+ und habe hier nun schon das meiste im Forum, was das Update und die Karten angeht durchgelesen (auch die Anleitungen), vielen Dank erstmal an alle Beteiligten! Ich hoffe die Frage kam nicht schon zu oft, aber ich konnte sie bisher nicht genau klären:

Wenn nur das Firmware Update auf 942 gemacht wird (ohne Kartenupdate), müssen dann die alten Karten neu aktiviert werden wenn sie bereits von Audi aktiviert sind, bzw. aktiv sind? Ich habe bisher wiedersprüchliches gelesen ("mit Firmware Update immer Activator notwendig" vs. "nur Firmware Update mit Original Karten braucht keine Aktivierung").

Mein aktueller SW-Stand:

Danke für den Rat. Ich dachte evtl. hat den Fall schon jemand durchgespielt. Bedeutet das, dass Du auch nicht alles auf deine Aussage setzen würdest oder wie kann ich das deuten?

Warum fragst Du eigentlich soviel? Mach es einfach, es gibt hier auch einen Activator falls Du es nicht wissen solltest!

Ich verstehe sowieso nicht den Sinn deiner Fragen?
Nur ein Firmwareupdate ohne gleichzeitiges Erneuern der Karte ist schwachsinn!
Eine aktuelle Karte ist doch viel mehr Wert!

hab mir die Karte von MEGA geladen und WinRAR stellt leider sehr viele Fehler fest.
Wem erging es genau so? Hab fast alle parts nochmals geladen und es wird nicht
besser. Der Torrent-Link ist auch tot und bei uploaded.to schläft man ein...
Was soll man da machen?

Hallo zusammen,

ich wollte ich ein dickes LOB geben... habe soeben meinen Wagen Audi A6 4G Avant BJ 2014 mit eurer Hilfe und Anleitung ohne Problem geupdatet (FW & Navi 2017) und aktiviert.

BESTEN DANK!!!!!

Weiß jemand schon wann die neue FW und das neue Kartenmaterial 2018 kommt?

Versuche es im Jdownloader zu laden oder vielleicht mal mit 7zip zu entpacken.

Hi ich habe alle Files über MEGA geladen und mit 7zip entpackt. Hatte keine Probleme......
Ich würde die File noch mal laden und vorher die alten löschen.
