Hello Kimdiesel,
Thank you for your answer and help.
I noticed that the FW versions belong in the root directory of the SD card and not in the patches folder on the MIB.
I managed to patch up to 3344, but patch 3346 is not applied. Start is grayed out.
The big problem is that the sound no longer works. Seems like the Bose firmware has changed? I didn't have a way to disable the Bose firmware even when I enabled custom SWDL in the green menu.
I also tried replacing the key in module 5F, Customization Channel: Confirmation of installation change and deleted error code B201A.
Can you please tell me if and how I can downgrade the Bose firmware from 440 to 430 (assuming that solves the problem)?
Thank you very much
Andrei
Sorted.
Take the contents from Bose420.zip or 430, depending on your previous version, and copy it to the root directory of the SD card. Then install it as a FW update.

To enable custom mode, go to the green menu, Production -> rcc_prod, then swdl and put a checkmark in the box next to Custom SWDL. Exit the green menu by pressing the menu button. If you don't have access to diagnostic devices, you can use the GEM Sharing SD. Go to the Engineering menu.
To update to the latest version 3346, I had to enable User Devine mode, remove all Bose ticks, and tick DVD (the update was not available unless I ticked one of the existing ones).
Thank you all!
Andrei
