Thx Alfred ... POI and speed CAM were the problem ... now its working perfect .. i did it again without SPEEDCAM ..and its working ... tomorrow i will try again to patch the POI maybe i missed something .. , I followed this steps:..
Connect your memory card to
tomtom home and update
- Download the archive of the update on the PC directly from the
tomtom servers

- The firmware is in ".cab" format, unzip it with winrar, 7zip, ... and recover the zip content inside
- Extract the contents of the zip at the root of the sdcard
- Recover R-Link Explorer software =

- With R-Link Explorer open the file loopback.ex3 on your memory card and extract the file "ttgo.bif" to the root of your memory card
- Quitter R-Link Explorer
- Rename the file "~ tsystem" at the root of your memory card in "ttsystem"
- Recover FastActivate software =

- Extract the archive of FastActivate at the root of your memory card
- In the
TomTom Maps section, get the map you want by looking at the compatibility chart
- Copy the folder of your navigation map to your memory card
- Run FastActivate.exe and choose options 1 then 2 then 3 then 4
- Here we finished you can insert your memory card in the carmine, be careful it must restart completely to take into account the changes, (I recommend opening the door and leave it open, start the engine and wait )
...to activate SPEED CAM and POI.... but i did not succeed to activate the SPEED CAM
Maybe i can help someone who need steps for activation without SPEED CAM
I did like this:
0) Put a new sd-card in your Radio / Carminat and let create the folder "loopdir"
1) Extract "NC_8843_Full_Complete_Install_yDGpatch.zip" and copy folders and files to your sd-card.

2) Make a "ttgo.bif" file. Copy this file to the root SD card
Create a text file with notepad called ttgo.bif (NOT ttgo.bif.txt) in the root directory of your sd card
and inside put these lines:
DeviceName = Carminat
TomTom
DeviceUniqueID = XXXXXXXXXX (Your Unique Device ID with no spaces)
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber = 8843 (Your Current navcore version, this is the latest official), only this 3 Items
Example
DeviceName = Carminat
TomTom
DeviceUniqueID = AKTPZBAFQ2
Application Version Version Number = 8843
and copy file to your sd-card.
3) Use map Europe 1025.9389. Unpack it and
Copy the new map to your SD card into its own folder.

4) Copy "FastActivate.exe" to your SD Card root.
Download and unpack
