Firmware flashen geht ja auch nur das bei jeden Image die Box im Starting hängt
Von Anfang an
Timebomb nach flashen auf VTI 6.08 zugeschlagen
Nur noch Power LED kein starten der Box kein Zugriff über USB oder serielle Schnittstelle
neuen Nandchip eingelötet flashen möglich Box bleibt beim starten hängen
zweiten Chip eingelotet das selbe Problem
will ich über seriell flashen setzt er IP Adresse danach kommt ERRor 21

@ Matze. Hmmmmm dein Log sieht wirklich schon mal viel besser aus als meins.. damit kann man sicher was anfangen.
Ich werde gerade von meinem Verkäufer ignoriert......

Was bedeutet das genau??? Hab den Receiver ja nicht.

Andere Frage: Kann man den CFE-Bootloader gleich am Anfang stoppen, so dass er nicht automatisch ein Linux-Image versucht zu booten? Geht meist mit irgendwelchen Tasten(-Kombinatzionen) vom Terminal-Programm. Dann hätte man die CFE-Befehle für weitere Tests zur Verfügung. Welche CFE-Befehle es gibt zeigt vielleich der Befehl help oder einfach nur ? oder ähnliches an. Irgendwo im Web gab/gibt es eine Beschreibung zum (älteren) CFE-Bootloader für Broadcom Router-Chips. Könnte gut sein, dass Broadcom auch bei den Receiver-Chips daran nicht viel geändert hat.

Hat schon jemand neue Vu+ solo2 gekriegt ?bei welche angeblich keine Timebomb vorhanden ,und hat schon eine neue VTi 6.0.6 -. Update drivers (2014-03-10) probiert hat ?

Weil ich kriege keine eindeutige antwort von Chinese!

Grants may I install this version? VTi 6.0.6 for my VU SOLO2 BCM7356 (This is new version. VU timebomp have not a problem.)?

Das mit dem seriell flashen soll mit dem Programm VU-Util 2.0.1 funktionieren nur das bei mir Error 21 kommt
Über USB-Stick läuft update komplett durch nur das ich mit Hyper Terminal am Ende diese schon oben beschriebene Panic Meldung sehe

mit diesen Verzeichnis-Namen normal??? Woher stammen überhaupt diese Meldungen, vom Flashen über USB oder per RS-232??? Bei letzterem könnte es ein Problem sein, dass das verwendete Verzeichnis C:\Documents and Settings\... Leerzeichen enthält.

Meine Vermutung ist, dass die die Images fixen und sie dann auf der Seite veröffentlichen. Deshalb vielleicht auch die neuen Images.

Alles was da zur Verfügung steht ist Save ... Nur leider wird es vermutlich kein aktuelles VTI geben. Außer die die als Save gelten. Wer weiß was die in den Images noch alles eingebaut haben. Allerdings wer die Images lesen und verstehen kann sollte eine timebomb eigentlich raus lesen können

Soweit mein Information richtig ist, ist die TB ja durch ein Treiberupdate gekommen. Wenn man nun ein aktuelles Image nimmt, aber die alten Treiber einbaut könnte es gehen. Frage ist nur ob das überhaupt geht. Was wurde außer der TB noch zu dem Zeitpunkt an bugs behoben? Bei manchen Images oder fast allen, kann man ja auch den einen oder anderen Treiber manuell nachinstallieren, also könnte es doch auch sein das man den einen oder anderen Treiber weglässt.

Ich habe meine Box vom Boardsponsor letzte Woche wieder bekommen. ich habe vti 6.0.3 geflasht, danach 6.0.8 von vu-hd geflasht (update). Sendersuchlauf gemacht, und dann war die box wieder gebrickt.

Also: ohne Update von V2 auf V3 sind die neuen Images von Vu-HD nicht safe!!!
