Hi,
Ich habe mir vor kurzem einen a3 8v ez 12/2013 zugelegt.
Software Version: MHIG_EU_AU_S1048

Wenn ich aber die Navigation starten möchte, erscheint im Display „keine Daten verfügbar - Lizenz abgelaufen“.
Ich war erst beim Service Partner. Der sagte mir, dass er das nicht einsehen kann und ich das über die myAudi App einstellen kann. In der App/Browser steht, dass ich mich an den Service Partner wenden muss.
Es wird keine Karte o.ä. angezeigt, nur die o.g. Meldung. Im FIS wird mir bei der Navigation die aktuelle Position (Straßenname) angezeigt.

Was kann/sollte ich machen.

Ich bin ein 20jähriges Mädel und habe bisher noch nicht so viel Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet sammeln können. Ich habe die halbe Nacht die Post durchgearbeitet und bin leider weiterhin etwas verwirrt.

1. das FW Update (k1555) habe ich gefunden und auch heruntergeladen. Die Installation wäre der erste Schritt?
2. benötige ich noch die Software M.I.B 3.7.1, oder ist diese nicht mehr von Nöten?
3. zum Schluß dann das Kartenupdate (P350)?

Wie gesagt - bisher habe ich keine Erfahrungen sammeln können. Ich würde nur gern bei meinem ersten Auto auch das Navi nutzen können.

jetzt habe ich selbst ein Problem bei einem 2015er S3 8V mit MIB1 High Radio.
Firmware Update auf K1555 gemacht
Gepatched mit MIB 3.7.1
FEC Container ist geschrieben mit 021000ee

aber wenn ich die aktuellste MIB1 (2024) Navikarte einspielen will, gibts je nach Update-Menü verschiedene Fehler.
Meine erste Möglichkeit: SD Karte formatieren und Map neu ziehen und auf SD Karte neu drauf ziehen
Kann es sein, dass evtl. der FEC 0210001a stört? Auf der MIB Homepage steht, dass man die FEC Container nicht mit WhatTheFec bearbeiten sollte...?

nein!
auch bei der offizieller Freischaltung werden alte FECs nicht gelöscht sondern nur neue hinzugefügt.
also liegt ein anderes Problem vor.

ok hätte mich jetzt auch eher gewundert tatsächlich aber hab auch die Auskunft von wem anders bekommen, dass die ...1a wohl das Problem sei.

Gut - werde dann als nächstes alles nochmal neu auf die SD Karte ziehen.

Aber der Update-Weg von 2015 auf 2024 sollte ja eigentlich egal sein, oder wäre ein "Zwischenstop" bei einer Version dazwischen von Nöten?
