Raspi 3 und IPC/ OScam hohe CPU Last

Hallo zusammen,

mein Pi ist gestern stehen geblieben und wollte nicht mehr, denke war die SD-Karte.

Jetzt habe ich alles neu installiert, letztes Jessie genommen, neue SD-Karte, alle Updates gemacht und komme jetzt zu der Herausforderung, dass die CPU Last aus meiner Sicht viel zu hoch ist.

Im WebIf springt sie (nur für Oscam) zwischen 5% und 25%, mit top manchmal auch auf 60-70%

Vor der Neuinstallation lag ich 'gefühlt' immer bei max 2-3%

Habt Ihr eine Idee, was das sein kann?

25% sind doch nichts (zumal das auch nur eine Kern sein dürfte).
Viel wichtiger ist der gesamte Server Load unter Top.
