To access the BIOS you need to use TELNET or Putty in Telnet mode, launch the box with the frontpanel button pushed to put it in WebInterface mode (to flash image). Then use Putty/Telnet with the IP address of the box to connect to it and access the BIOS via telnet/ssh.

Pressing the frontpanel button you should have the box getting an IP address from the DHCP / Modem / Router... try this stage first.
