The 5-year period of ORF hasn't passed, is there a "cure" for this?

Hello, I have same problem, card was work since last day, and have 3 tiers, now only two , but get only not found?
The 5-year period hasn't passed, is there a "cure" for this?

If the 5 years are not yet up and the card is still in the pool, try the unlock button in the KC to get CHID 1 & 2 back on the card.
The card is definitely not 5 years old, how can I try to do this? Can you more explain?
Should I try updating it in cw or irdeto mode? Thanx

edit:
In irdeto mode it behaves the same, how could I have lost these tiers 0001 and 0002? And how can I recover them if it is possible at all?

Normal hast Du recht mit configs..... aber die chids 1 & 2 verschwinden ja nicht von alleine...... die werden per EMM gelöscht, entweder weil 5 Jahre um, oder nicht bezahlt, oder bewußt abgemeldet......
Also funktioniert hier alles....Karte wird gelesen, und EMM´s kommen auch ;)

If you are not the legal owner, you have to contact him to do this or you.

alles richtig, ich wollte nur die AU-config sehen/überprüfen!
aber ja, es können auch die anderen Gründe eine Ursache haben!

Yes, it's nothing to do with the config files, my other Orf card all works fine. I made a mistake with this one because I tried it in Irdeto 0650 mode and that's it.
Unfortunately I don't have access to the admin portal to refresh it, I'll try via the owner although I don't think it will work.
