Yes it was the latest.
I did build a newer version today.

Fyi still with openssl 1.1.1w, did retry with latest ssl3 butg still does not run stable with cygwin.

Hi, I tried the new version 11860
It works with DVBViewer and Sky channels.
But Sky channels do not work with progdvb or any other program

Have you replaced the progdvb ffdecsa.dll with the one of the package? And have you replaced the dvbapinet plugin which comes with the package?

There is no ffdecsa.dl in the progdvb folder. But I added it and dvbapinet also
Some French channels work, but Sky channels don't.

There must be some ffdecsa.dll and dvbapinet. Because otherwise nothing would work. As there were not there and some channels work, your progdvb does decrypt with some other plugin (which might connect over dvbapi to the oscam of the setup).
I can't help here, I don't know progdvb.
If the dvbapinet is compatible with progdvb, it should be no problem using it with the ffdecsa.
Is it compatible? I don't know, never tried it.

Do you read what I write? You say it is working without dvbapinet/ffdecsa...so it must be something else doing the decryption.

It makes no sense that Sky channels work with dvbviewer and not with progdvb if same dvbapinet/ffdecsa is used. If you have an image on other channels, something else must do the decryption.

Just tried installing progdvb...but when opening a channel it instant crashes. First I said I wanted German GUI...and it ended up in some cyrillic, took me 10 minutes to get it to English.
You will have to deal with it yourself, I won't help for ProgDVB here in this thread. (I also don't understand why you want to to use that instead of dvbviewer)

You also have dvbjcam there...can it be that is descrambling everything?

It is very simple: if it works with dvbviewer (what you stated), the same plugin DLLs should also work for Sky on progdvb if something gets descrambled, assuming the same oscam and oscam settings are used as with dvbviewer.
As something works, all should work, also Sky. If not, that can only mean some other plugin is decrypting and dvbapinet is not working at all.

I can't test it, progdvb crashes on my machine I don't know why.

Like this I can't help. Maybe start looking at oscam and dvbapinet logs, they might also give a clue what is going on.
