AlphaCrypt simulator
Quite some CI devices restrict MTD (Multi Transponder Decryption, also known as MultiPID) to MASCOM modules only. The DeltaCam is able to make those devices believe that it actually is dealing with an AlphaCrypt.
The DeltaCam has to be reset for the AlphaCrypt simulator mode to become active!

- Option ‘AlphaCrypt simulator’ added to CAM settings - enables MTD for Kathrein / TechniSat / Reel (and many others too, who restrict MTD to certain modules)
- Added support for Ziggo (not yet confirmed working)
- Fixed potential lock when the channel is switched while CAT data is filtered (could for example happen on ORF due to high CAT cycle times)
- Re-filter CAT in case of an error to improve EMM reliability
- Improved parsing of non standards compliant ATR, effectively fixing some Canal Digitaal SECA MediaGuard SmartCards (0x0100) (thanks örlgrey for reporting and testing)
- Optimized NDS VideoGuard ECM processing (there might still be room for MTD latency optimizations though)
- Fixed sporadic ViACCESS card crash in SIM slot (thanks again örlgrey for reporting and testing, I guess we soon have to add you to our payroll)
- Fixed CryptoWorks EMM (activation/update)
- Improved SmartCard serial printing via CI menu
