Das Beschreiben der Karte funktioniert auch mit einem Acer VN7. Das Entsprerren funktioniert damit leider nicht.

Wie heißt das Teil denn genau? Beim googlen fand ich noch Begrifflichkeiten wie Nitro und so weiter.

I am still having this issue, a full format of the sd card did not help.

Did anyone encounter such an issue?

Did you consider that maybe your sd card could be defect? Try with other one beside that the error message says internal error!

Try the method of @josef_31 on the other hand maybe @Frabusoft has an idea with a firmware update? Could you show us a picture of the setup menu with partnumber and the other details?

So es ist vollbracht.
Notebook: samsung np350 e7c a02de
SD-Karte : v9 war eine samsung evo 32gb(mb-sp32d;mbspbgveqdf-f made korea) und die V10 wurde auf eine samsung evo+ 32gb (mb-sc32d;mbspbgvqdfw-f;made in korea) geladen und gelockt. update auf radio ist erfolgreich gewesen. leider eignet sich der laptop nicht zum entlocken.

ich bekomme morgen noch probehalber ein acer und tosiba geliehen und sollte es nicht klappen, werde ich mal einige freundliche user hier höflich anschreiben...


Edit: Heute konnte ich mithilfe eines Acer Aspire E1-571 beide SD-Karten entsperren. sind jetzt wieder unter windows lesbar. nochmals vielen dank an alle supporter, ihr macht einen sehr guten job....

Hmm, no ideas, only options. Regarding your error message, it looks like your internal storage(in the RNS315)are damaged. Never seen this error message.
Like User @narum said, if you can send us an screenshot from your setup menu(with Partnumber and Firmware Revision), we can see, if a Firmware Update is possible.
Do you have the option to run Navigation direct from SD-Card(without installation)?
Don't know if your VW dealer has possibilities to reformat internal storage, maybe you will give him a try ?

es hat mit allen super geklappt
den HP Compaq nc6120 könnte weggehen.

mit einem toshiba tecra m10 funktioniert alles wunderbar,entsperren auch.mit einer samsung 64gb evo (mb-sp64d)made in korea.

I have found the solution. It was a very early rns315. I just ran the 270 firmware update and after this i was able to run the maps from the sd card. Installation onto the harddisk is in progress but I am sure this will be fine now as well.

Hi cabriootje,
Wow, sounds very good. That was the reason why @narum and I asked for a posible Firmwareupdate. I can remember, that indeed there were some fixes for that problem.
But we have noticed that the update wasn't running on every hardware.
Nevertheless, problem could be fixed by yourself, and issue was gone, that the most important thing.
