Es kann nicht jeder mit Linux unlocken.

Das ist bei mir nicht der Fall. Es nervt aber andauernd Linux benützen zu müssen.

Außerdem möchte ich wie Clouseau beschrieben hat auch originale Karten wiederverwenden.

Maybe there happens something with the file.

I tried to get the PWD Button to work, i also tried to put a cable directly to the IC but it will not work :-(.

The only difference is that im usind 100Ohm resistors for the Status LEDs, because i think that the 430Ohm resistors are to high (not needed). Can this be the reason for my PWD Problem?

Gibt es eine sichere Quelle für eine funktionierende MicroSD?
Bei mir hat nur 1 von 4 funktioniert (also die richtige mit mmc0:0001)
Amazon Evoplus 32gb negativ
MediaMarkt Evoplus 64gb negativ
Chinahändler aus link des Forums Evo 32gb 1x positiv und 1x negativ

Ich suche auch eine Quelle (Schweiz, Deutschland, ...) für eine funktionierende MicroSD wie AltGr. ...

Habe inzwischen 4 Karten, die nicht funktionieren (mmc0:59b4), 3 davon in den letzten Tagen gekauft.

Die gelbe Samsung 32GB SD Karte hab ich gerade mit meiner alten Canon EOS 1000D formatiert/unlocked
Karte wieder nutzbar nach dem Update auf V9

Ich habe soeben meine Samsung Evo 32GB Zweit Karte bekommen.

Kann es sein das sich die CID nur bis zu einem bestimmten Produktionsdatum verändern lässt?

Ich habe eine Evo 32GB MB-MP32D (Made in Philippines) die funktioniert (mmc0:0001).

Heute habe ich eine zweite bekommen: Evo 32GB MB-MP32D (Made in Philippines) die aber nicht funktioniert (mmc0:0001).

Beim CID ändern kommt immer die Meldung:

ioctl: Connection timed out
Unlock command failed.

In dem ganzen Chaos bei der ersten Samsung SD (die funktionierte) CID ändern bin ich mir nicht mehr sicher welchen Laptop ich benutzt habe.

Könnte hier der Latop das Problem verursachen? Ich stehe etwas auf der Leitung :-(

Oder beachte ich irgendetwas nicht? Folgende Befehle hab ich geschrieben....

sudo -s
chmod 777 mmc64
ll = -rwxrwxrwx ubuntu ubuntu 357679 Sep 9 2016 mmc64*
ls -l /sys/block | grep mmc = mmc0:0001

Du machst alles richtig, liegt an der Karte. In der Tat hat Samsung die "Lücke" wohl geschlossen, nur lässt sich kaum vorhersagen(beim Kauf) wie alt die Karte denn nun wirklich ist.
Dir bleibt leider nichts anderes , als eine andere Karte zu finden.

Danke für deine Info, ich formatiere die Karte gerade "langsam" (also keine Schnellformat.). Weiters werde ich es vorsichtshalber noch mit meinem anderen Laptop versuchen sobald ich Zuhause bin.
Vorsichtshalber werde ich auch noch das Produktionsdatum berechnen -> sollte in der originalen CID beinhaltet sein.

An example of the CID on one of my cards: 1b 534d 3030303030 10 98625deb 0102 a1. Your card CID should be very similar. The manufacturer ID should be 1b, followed by an application/OEM ID of 534d. The product name is 3030303030 (5 x ASCII ‘0’). The product revision is 10 (1.0). The next 8 hex characters (98625deb) are the SD card serial number, yours will be different! The manufacturing date is next (0102, or 0 10 2), where the first digit is ignored, the next pair is the year in hex since 2000 and the last digit is the month in hex. So this is February (2) 2016 (2000 + 0x10). I also have March 2016 (0103) cards that work fine. Last is the checksum (a1) which will be different on your card.

When i try to change CID it doesn't change, it says it is done but when i recheck it doesn't work.
my card: mmc0:59b4, i can't do it with that card?
My CID ends with 011100.

Thank you for the maps (V9 West) is the one I used.

My card is a full sized SD Samsung Evo 32GB (yellow/orange one). I just bought the card today at a Mediamarkt in Berlin for 10€.
Model number is MB-SP32D/EU
Card and package says "Made in Korea" and Copyright 2015
Following the scheme Clousseau22 mentioned, my card was produced 2015/10 (00fa)

But I had problems with "mmc". I used it on a Kali Linux on my old Thinkpad R61 and had some strange problems with it. Changing the Card-ID resulted in logging out. Locking the card turned my screen black.
But it worked, even though the update took over two hours. I could unlock the card with the Ubuntu-Version without any problems.

Es lag definitiv an der SD Karte -> (CID) 010c. Müsste also 12/2016 sein.

Müsste also bedeuten das Samsung irgendwann 2016 die Lücke geschlossen hat.

Ich hab noch in einer Digitalkamera eine Samsung Pro 32GB gefunden -> diese hat auf Anhieb funktioniert.

for your information: you can order SD Cards with custom CID on alibaba.com. I dont Need it because im using this Topic only private .

I do not need it, because I bought a lot of "good" EVO for 310 and for 315 I use cheap Kingstons
By the way, I do not recommend to anyone cards from Alibaba.
Several desperate owners sent me for tests.
It's shit. Many can not lock or reformat well.
