Office 2019 Probleme mit Ratiborus Office Freischaltung

Hallo,
da hier schon mal über die Aktivierung von Windows mittels KMS geschrieben wurde, denke ich, hier im richtigen Forum zu sein.
Ratiborus zum Aktivieren von Windows und MS-Office scheint nicht mehr richtig zu funktionieren. Sowohl die letzte Version 2020 also auch die vorherige.
Windows 10 pro ließ sich aktivieren. Office Word Student, sowohl die Version 16 als auch 19 nicht.
Office zu aktivieren war vorher eine Minutensache.
Ich füge zwei Screenshots bei. Einmal der normale erste Aufruf. Danach nach Eingabe des GVLK Schlüssels.
Aus der Error Description werde ich nicht so recht schlau. Was ist damit gemeint?
Habe ich einen Denkfehler oder funktioniert Ratiborus wirklich nicht mehr?

Du musst angemeldet sein, um die Anhangsliste zu sehen.
Ratiborus` Tools funktionieren noch sehr gut, allerdings bereitet die von Dir verwendete Home & Student Probleme, da hierfür kein KMS-Schlüssel existiert und die Erstellung der Lizenzen scheitert. Es gibt aber zwei Auswege:
1) Entferne in der gegenwärtigen Installation den Schlüssel der GracePeriod mit folgendem Befehl in der Eingabeaufforderung/PowerShell als Admin (mit Enter bestätigen):

cscript "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16\OSPP.VBS" /unpkey:DJ3QD
Falls eine Fehlermeldung bezüglich des Speicherorts der OSPP.VBS erscheint, ändere den Befehl in:

cscript "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\OSPP.VBS" /unpkey:DJ3QD

Danach eine Aktivierung mit KMS Pico und die installierte Version kann (ohne Versionsanzeige) verwendet werden.

Allerdings ist dies eine Notlösung, da eben keine Home & Student Lizenz installiert ist.

2) Sauberer ist daher eine Deinstallation und Neuinstallation z.B. von Office Standard oder Professional über das in den KMS Tools befindliche Office 2013-2019 C2R Install.

Wie Du dazu vorgehen kannst ist hier beschrieben:

Ist zB. in den KMS Tools Portable 15.12.2018 - Ratiborus vorhanden.

Wie rufe ich di Powershell als Admin auf? Oder ist die per Default als Admin eingestellte?

Irrtümlich eingegeben. Lässt sich über die Forensoftware nicht löschen.

Es kommt darauf an, unter welchem Installationspfad die Datei OSPP.VBS bei Dir liegt.

Aufgrund des genannten Fehlers also wahrscheinlich unter C/Programme statt C/Programme (x86).
Für diesen Fall war der Zusatz in #2 gedacht:

Falls eine Fehlermeldung bezüglich des Speicherorts der OSPP.VBS erscheint, ändere den Befehl in:

Zum Vergrößern anklicken....

Also Rechtsklick auf das Windowssymbol links unten, den vorhandenen Eintrag: PowerShell (Administrator), öffnen und den Befehl eingeben.

Hallo Fisher,
zunächst wiederholt tausendmal Dank, dass Du Dich meines Problems annimmst.

Ich habe Office Student 2019 installiert. Vermutlich sind die Scripte alle auf 2016 abgestimmt.
Wie die PowerShell als Administrator aufgerufen wird, ersehe ich nicht aus dem Startmenü. Ich verwende Classic-Shell.
In vollem Gottvertrauen nehme ich an, dass die PowerShell automatisch als Admin ausgeführt wird, da sonst ja irgend ein Hinweis erscheinen müsste.

Classic Shell ist eine Software zum Anpassen der Windows Oberfläche (vor allem Startmenü), Power Shell ein Kommandozeileninterpreter (ähnlich der Eingabeaufforderung). Beides hat also nichts miteinander zu tun.

Also gib ins Suchfeld von Windows entweder PowerShell oder eben Eingabeaufforderung ein, mach einen Rechtsklick aufs gefundene Ergebnis und wähle: als Administrator.
Danach gib den in #4 dargestellten Befehl ein, die Struktur für Office 2016 und Office 2019 ist nämlich identisch.

Du machst überhaupt nichts falsch, es wundert mich nur, warum der in #1 noch eingetragene Key der GracePeriod nun nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Aber vielleicht hatte ja einer Deiner Löschversuche bereits Erfolg.

Sei`s drum: Du kannst nun entweder versuchen mit KMSPico zu aktivieren oder die zweite in #2 beschriebene Variante der Deinstallation und Neuinstallation einer anderen Officeversion (z.B. Standard) ausführen.
Ich tendiere zur zweiten Methode, da ich das längerfristige Verhalten einer über Umwege aktivierten Home&Student nicht abschätzen kann.

Danke für Deine schnelle Antwort. Ich habe noch eine Office Version, die alle Office Arten beinhaltet. Da das Netbook nur eine 120er Platte hat, möchte ich natürlich Platz sparen. Mir ist erinnerlich, dass man die Installation beschränken kann. Ich möchte nur Word und Excel installieren. Gibt es dafür eine Anleitung, wie ich das so installieren kann?
Eine Überlegung wäre auch, die jetzige Installation zu de- und dann neu zu installieren, danach den Schritt aus #4 wiederholen.

Nach einem Neustart aktiviert. Was mich verwirrt, dass Plus 2016 aktiviert ist, obwohl 2019 installiert wurde.

Im Startmenü wird nur Word, Excel und Powerpoint angegeben, so wie in Office Student 2019

Tja, ist wohl mein Wunsch Office Student 3019 jetzt aktiviert.
Dir, lieber Fisher, meinen Dank. Wurde selten so gut, so schnell und so gründlich unterstützt. Werde in diesem Forum wohl noch öfters erscheinen.

Schön, dass es geklappt hat.

Allerdings hat Dir Pico in Ermangelung einer installierten Student-Lizenz nur ProPlus-Lizenzen (uwie ich es sehe auch mit mehr Bestandteilen als nur Word und Excel) installiert und das Produkt aktiviert.
Falls Dir das auf Deinem Netbook zuviel ist, folge dem beschriebenen Weg der Deinstallation und Neuinstallation. Zeitaufwand: ca. 15 Minuten

Das war`s in unter 15 Minuten

Habe mich genau an die Anleitung gehalten. Scheint bei mir auf einem anderen Rechner ,Aspire One, nicht zu funktionieren. Füge Screenshots bei.

Du musst angemeldet sein, um die Anhangsliste zu sehen.
Du scheinst nicht(s) deinstalliert, sondern lediglich versucht zu haben, das bestehende Produkt in eine Volumenlizenz umzuwandeln und erneut zu aktivieren.
Genau dieses Ergebnis einer aktivierten ProPlus-Version hattest Du ja schon.

Also bei Bedarf (z.B. wegen Platzproblemen) zuerst deinstallieren, dann z.B. Office Standard nur mit Word und Excel installieren.
Dann ein beliebig installiertes Officeprodukt einmal starten und wieder schließen, wenn nötig (bei installierter Reteilversion) in VL umwandeln und abschließend aktivieren.
