Option to lock (disable) the in-CAM key editing when flashing a key file
Improved Linux compatibility by setting the low latency mode on the serial port
In-CAM Key Editor
The in-CAM key editor is enabled only when flashing a key file with DeltaFlashLoader version 1.36 or higher. If a *.key (softcam.key, deltacam.key, …) has previously been flashed to the DeltaCam, the key editor is locked in order to prevent the reading back of pre-programmed third party keys. The *.key file has to be flashed again in order to unlock the in-CAM key editor.
Philips TV
Don’t forget to enable the “Alternative compatibility mode” in the process of flashing the Python/Cobra firmware when using the DeltaCam in one of the problematic Philips TV sets that would not initialize the module otherwise.
