i have a local NDS P3 card (asian provider). my provider starts killing cards if they are in oscam
even after blocking all emms, - cards still killed.
i read about payload 0F 06 00 00 20 - or this unique emm 827029 .
is there any way to block these shit with oscam ?

Take a look at the ECMs, NDS cards can be killed that way, iiric Sky Italia did it that way.

so is there any way to filter these killer ecms ? - or only allow "good" emcs ? ( assuming that i found the killer ecm with its ins's ? )
