Fatal Error

Kann mir jemand helfen habe ein chinaradio mit Dem IGO Primo Navi und der haut mir immer wieder eine fatal error rein und im crashlog steht folgendes

viel wichtiger wäre z.B.:
Welches Gerät(Name), welche SW-Version/Nummer und was steht in der sys.txt!

Was wurde gemacht am Gerät, das diese Meldung auftrat

das wäre die sys.txt

das problem trat erst auf al das auto wo das gerät eingebaut ist aus der Werkstatt zurück kam danach funktionierte es noch einmal und dann trat bzw tritt das problem auf sobald ich das navi anschakten will
