first I have to say, that I do not have experience with cacheex 3, cause my Server is very little and I don't need it.
In Your Post, I can reed, that you have only one oscam in use to test it. The Timelines in Oscam Dev. says, that by the time many developments in things cacheex are doing.
Perhaps you should try another Version and compare it with your results till now. Maybe oher Versions will do it other.
