Alix3D3 + 2 SC = absturz

Hallo allemiteinander !

Habe seit ca 1 Jahr einen Alix3D3 und er läuft echt Spitze ! Habe die Software von hier ( die wo man halt immer remountrw / remountro schreiben muss um schreibrechte zu bekommen ) ** find ich mehr als klasse !!!

So seit 1 Jahr läuft der Alix ohne Probleme mit einer I12 und ner Smargo !

Seit heute wollte ich eine 2 Karte dazupacken ! Wieder eine I12 und wieder mit Smargo ! Nur das Prob ist: der Alix hängt sich nach ca 30 max 45 Minuten auf.

Es ist dann nicht mehr möglich auf das webinterface der CCcam zuzugreifen ! Alle Clients haben dann n dauer freez ( hilft nur noch Server neustart ) mit nur cccam neustarten hab ichs noch nicht versucht.

Zwischen USB0 ( oberer Steckplatz ) habe ich einen 4 Port Switch mit Externer Stromversorgung angebracht. Die CCcam Version habe ich heute von 2.0.11 auf 2.1.4 geupdatet ) aber immer noch freez....

Jetzt habe ich die 2te neue I12 entfernt..... und mit nur 1ner Karte läufts wieder wie geschmiert. Woran liegt das ? Hat jemand die gleichen Probleme ? Hat vlt jemand verbesserungsvorschläge ?

EDIT: Hab ja n bissi gegoogelt, kanns vlt daran liegen, das ich den USB-Smargos einen festen Device festlegen muss ?

Hast du kein HD auf der Karte?
Ne ganz wichtige Info ist auch was genau du auf dem alix drauf hast!!!

also wenn du 2 Smartcards des selben Typs liest(und wenn du HD hast sowieso) würde ich auf CCCam+Oscam zurückgreifen.

Hi Nein es ist keine HD Karte mit drauf !
Es ist eine ORF + Sky Karte und eine ORF + Sportpaket + Family Karte.
Benutzt wird nur CCcam sonst ist nichts anderes auf dem Alix installiert. ( Es läuft Debian mit einer CF Card hab das Image von der sat-crew ( da war son fertiges mit allem drum und dran )

Habe den Server jetzt wieder nur mit 1 ner Karte weiterlaufen lassen, bis heute wieder Stabil ! Mit 2ter Karte wäre der wie gesagt nach 20-30 Minuten komolett abgenippelt

EDIT:
Was mir noch aufgefallen ist der neue Smargo Reader => sieht anders aus als mein anderer ich glaub es handelt sich um einen Clone ( wenns n Clone ist läuft aber auch mit nur 1 Karte stabil )

Die Smargos sind eh nich son bringer.... Wenn du die Möglichkeit hast dann tausch deine Smargos gegen ne Easymouse2

OScam kommt nur zusätzlich ins Spiel @derfuchs und behebt nicht das problem das sich CCcam aufhängt - dann bringt dir OScam nämlich auch nix....

Wieso benutzt du denn überhaupt nen USB-Hub?

Den readern ein festes Device zuweisen bringt nur was wenn sich bei deine nach nem reboot oder raus/rein stecken die addressierung ändert, der Smargos also nichtmehr über ttyUSB0 anzusprechen geht sondern plötzlich über ttyUSB2
Ausprobieren kannste es natürlich aber das hat wie gesagt eigentlich nichts damit zu tun das sich die ganze Kiste aufhängt!

Was für ein Betriebssystem nutzt du denn und welche Kernel version? (uname -r)
hast du in letzter zeit schonmal nen "apt-get update ; aptitude safe-upgrade" gemacht?
Also quasi sowas wie Windows Updates

Und welche Firmware's haste auf deinen Smargos?

Hi den Hub benutze ich weil immer nur 1 Smartcard erkannt wenn ich direkt an beide USB Ports gehe ( mit HUB werden 2 erkannte warum auch immer )
Habe gerade apt-get update und apitude-safe-upgrade gemacht ! Hat auch n paar Sachen aktualisiert ! )
Wie finde ich meine Smargo Versionen raus?
System ist Debian lenny 2.6.26-486-voyage

Hattest du denn vorher auch schon 2.6.26? Eigentlich wollte ich das von vor dem apt-get update wissen weil jetzt weiss ich nicht wirklich was er aktuallisiert hat bzw obs das prob sein konnte oder obs nu behoben sein müsste und blah......
Und wenn er denn jetzt einen neuen Kernel aufgespielt hat, musst du auch erst noch rebooten bevor der genutzt wird...

Du musst auch nicht das was ich geschrieben habe und genau über deinem Post steht, das ganze Zitieren........


Und dann poste mal die Ausgabe von "dmesg" und am besten nimmste den USB-Huib mal ab und steckst erst einen Smargo direkt in nen USB rein und dann den zweiten und dann machste nochmal " dmesg " und die Ausgabe postetst du dann auch bitte - weil wenn er den 2. dann nicht attachen sollte, warum auch immer - müsste da stehen wieso...

Hast du im BIOS USB2.0 ausgeschaltet also nur auf USB1.1?

Er erkennt erst USB1.1

Jetzt wär halt wichtig zu wissen was er anders macht wenn du den HUB weglassen würdest

Das komisch ist ja das dann gar nix läuft wenn ich USB0 eine Smargo reinstecke und bei USB1 auch eine Smargo reinhaue.... ( als würde zu wenig Saft da sein )

Das ist son checkdisk ding wie von winsux

Ansonsten müsste sich hier mal jmd zu Wort melden der auch son Alix bei sich rumliegen hat - und vllt auch >=2 karten damit betreibt

Ich hab leider nur normale ThinClients oder gar echte Rechner und eben erfahrung mit Linux aber kA ob der Alix zu wenig Strom hätte o.ä.
Normalerweise brauchen die Smargos maximal 100mA und ein USB-Port liefert 500mA also müsste das eigentlich reichen

EDIT: Server absturz !!! Nach ca 1 Std 15 Minuten... auf den Server kann ich noch zugreifen, aber auf die CCcam nicht.... d.h. jez 1 Server neustart dann würde es wieder für knapp 1 Std laufen

Ahja also schmiert nur CCcam ab und nicht das linux! Das ist schonmal nen gewaltiger unterschied und deswegen brauch man eigentlich nicht das linux rebootn

e2fsck führt er normalerweise bei jedem system start aus (über /etc/init.d/checkfs.sh)
