Da kannste es auch von den Facebook typen machen. Die geben dir die zip und ist halt auf deine VIN gesperrt.
Genau die zip’s habe ich auch 2x da, aber hat ja noch keiner geknackt bekommen

Hatte mit denen Kontakt, aber vor Ort ist leider keine machbare Option.

Daher die Nachfrage: Kann jemand, der das aktiviert bekommen hat, bitte einen Dump zur Verfügung stellen? Danke!
Oder eine seriöse deutsche Quelle, wo man das ggf. auch käuflich beziehen kann.

Hab ich schon längst gemacht, der bietet es generell NICHT an.
Was ist mit dem Facebook Typen. Der würde mir doch vollkommen reichen, aber hat der sein Profil geändert oder heißt nun anders?
Ich finde ihn nicht (mehr)HU Ausbau und ins Ausland schicken
Kommt für mich nicht in Frage, wenn es alternativ mit einer SD Karte und passendem Skript auch so geht in 1 Minute.

Kannst du mir mal die ZIP zukommen lassen ? Würde mich mal mit dem Thema befassen

Hello here Sorry for breaking the rules, but unfortunately I don't know German and need to write in English. Google brought me here because I'm looking for information on how to decompile that package I was the "lucky man" who bought it from the source, so I have a package for my car.

First of all, I ordered a package. I needed to provide a full VCDS scan, a photo of the MMI version (I have P1001 in A8 4H FL), and my VIN number.
After a few days, I received a RAR file. This file was encrypted with my VIN number, but this is not an issue. It is just a security measure to prevent others from opening the archive or scanning it with robots.

The next step was to prepare a FAT32 card, unpack all files onto it, and go to the car. Enable the red menu, go to update, and start the update. I took photos of some of the steps.
After loading the software update, I was asked about the source (I picked SD1). Then, after a quick loading, the screen showed HN+R_EU_AU_K1512_R. After that, I had to decide between "Standard" or "User defined"; I picked "User defined" (as the author recommended). The next step was to scroll through the list and set Y or S flags on the modules: MuIOS, MuTnRef, and AudiSupportFcscs. Under these modules, I chose to update only the apps, without bootloaders — off-topic: I think these modules don’t have bootloaders. I noticed that modules MUConsistency and MU9411 were also CHECKED by default for updating. After checking all options, I started the update.

The first step was to update some module (unfortunately, I don’t remember which one). My MMI immediately restarted. After booting up, the MMI update process started updating MuIOS, AudiSupportFcscs, and then the MMI rebooted again. This was the strangest part because the MMI's fan started running, the language changed from English to German, and the MMI illumination started flashing, but the update continued, and apps from MU9411 were updating. This was the longest part, during which modules like ifs-root, efs-system, and others (4 or 5 of them, I don’t remember exactly) were updated.

After this, the unit completed its third reboot and returned to normal operation with an info screen about the status of the updates. It also showed a summary that everything went okay. This was the last step. After confirming the last message, I was prompted to connect a diagnostic unit, and the only option available was "Abort documentation." After clicking that, the unit shut down. Then I woke up the MMI and checked that in the NAV menu under "Map view," I could select the type "map." I also switched to the instrument cluster and was able to select "MAP" on the NAV subpage. Maps appeared on my screen. My RADIO and MEDIA worked fine without any issues.

This is my story of how I upgraded the unit. Because I like to know how things work, I started digging into it And this is why I’m here.
So, this is what I found:

• Digging with some cat/grep programs didn’t reveal any related information that my VIN number is in the archive (but this is a naive approach).
• I compared stock P1001 versus this mod and found that some folders are different: on the left, the stock version; on the right, the modded version.

• I think — generally speaking — we can "ignore" MUConsistency, MuIOS, MuTnrRef (the last one is the same like in stock firmware!), as they contain only TXT/CSV files.
• For me, all the information we need is bundled in the MU9411 folder in ifs-root, efs-system, and other files from this folder.
• I found information on some forums and GitHub pages about MMI that these files could be decoded. These files come from the QNX system and are in the imagefs format. This is an old system, and tools are sometimes hard to find. Following this information, I found a page where ifs-root was unpacked (and other versions as well). We can explore what is inside it. I tried to unpack ifs-root.ifs from this modded package. I was able to extract ifs into an imagefs image. The next step is to decompress this imagefs, but I found that the image is packed using UCL NRV2E/NRV2D compression format. I struggled to compile a decompressor, but I failed. It is really hard to find good sources for that compression. I will keep trying, but I think we are very close to decompressing it.

I will post here with some news if I find a way how to decode this.
