Patch is not public, and the one you are using now is also from S4A.

The topic was discussed on the SB, and the author had no problem with it, but other "sick people" did.

Therefore, you can freely modify the public patch you are using now and do whatever you want with it.

You’re still struggle to understand such a basic thing like Vlado Fogo. I don’t care where are those patch coming from. The only thing I care is all about I need patch that is able to run AA80.

Nope, this topic was nothing related to what discussed in SB. I don’t care whether the thread-starter in SB has an issue or not. If you called a person who want to develop a better patch a “sick people”, what do you call people who are struggle to understand such a basic thing? Is it okay to call “moron”?

The topic has not only been around since 2022 but can be read on enough forums.

Personally, I would say everything has been said, the patch is not in the trunk for whatever reason. And you can see how you want that no help comes from certain people.

If this is about personal things, you should really get to the topic now! And find People to help you for MaxTV.

Why continue your personal problems in this thread with Adas. I think he is not going to be much help for you. Concentrate on your project and try to find a solution with other members of the community.

Oh je, da ist man mal kurz off und die Lage eskaliert total, schade. Ich würde gerne zum Thema zurückkehren: @Alex hat hier dankenswerterweise vor vier Jahren einen cak7.patch gepostet, der im Laufe der Zeit immer wieder an den trunk angepasst wurde, u.a. von @leyla38, auch dafür herzlichen Dank. Die gewünschte Freigabe für den trunk gibt es vorerst nicht, schade, aber nicht zu ändern. Die Frage ist, spricht etwas dagegen, diesen patch nicht nur aktuell in Bezug auf den trunk zu halten, sondern zu überarbeiten und auszubauen. Gerne würden @ohmza und ich genau das machen und zwar hier im Forum in Bereich oscam, Patches. Wir hoffen, dass sich vielleicht weitere Mitstreiter finden, die an diesem Projekt mitarbeiten möchten. Der Anfang ist bereits gemacht, denn der patch im Post #273 ist bereits eine solche Anpassung, indem @ohmza meinen au patch für 1817-1819 in den cak7 patch eingebaut hat. Wir arbeiten bereits daran, den patch nun für die Unterstützung weiterer Karten zu ertüchtigen, nämlich zunächst für die poln. 1884 und anschließend ggf. für die D08 VF 1861. Voraussetzung darfür ist, dass @ohmza hier ausnahmsweise in Englisch posten darf. Alle anderen können natürlich weiterhin in Deutsch posten, ich würde mich bereit erklären, @ohmza ggf. das zu übersetzen, was er nicht selbst hinkriegt. Daher frage ich insbesondere @Alex als Themenersteller, ob das so okay geht? Wenn ja würden @ohmza und ich gerne loslegen. Denn hey, wir sind doch das Digital Elite Board und wollen auch fachlich vorankommen oder?

Vielleicht verschiebt ein Mod den ganzen Thread einfach in den Internationalen Bereich, dann sollte das Englisch Drama hinfällig sein.

If the former author was not give his consence to include it in trunk, but he publicly give away his patch, this means OSCam trunk will have no more in future the cak7 cards support (because if you want or not the card instructions are also included in former authors patch and this wont change until these card are in usage)? Someone have wrote here if a file is available to download publicly on the internet this not means it is open source. This is bullshit, because every (file, image, text) what is on the internet is free to copy and redistribute, until there is no written license for this (how can the former author licensing a think already have one from kudelski?) and if it's distributed free (is publicly available) it can be used but has to be referred to the author wherever is used his part of code. Nobody can write a new patch for cak7 not to refer or even if he never see the former authors patch that omits not to have common parts with the former authors patch.
So as final sentences, what should the former author do if cak7 patch comes in trunk? Sue OSCam because he is the author of cak7 and he invented by itself (is he kudelski)?
I see here is no teamwork, everyone who has knowledge working for himself or to sell his solution to PS.
Cardsharing is no more what it was and the whole began to go under when Cache3 and expiredate for users added to OSCam.
This all is sad, but is true.

Everything that is published is ultimately the intellectual property of the encryption company.

But what's the point, there are people who make very good money with their knowledge on the subject and they don't want anything to be publicly available to everyone.

It has always been that way and will continue to be that way.
