Newcamd connection timeout

Hallo Leute

Zuerst: Ich hab jetzt schon stundenlang gesucht und auch versucht eine der Configs aus dem HowTo zu nutzen, komme aber letztendlich nicht weiter

Vorweg mein Setup:

• Server (debian)
• oscam 1.20-r10610 (aus svn selbst compiled)
• easymouse cardreader
• HD02 Karte
• TV-Headend als Client (
  Sie müssen registriert sein, um Links zu sehen.
  )

Laut log startet der Oscam Server auch richtig und erkennt die Karte inklusive der Gültigkeit

Versuche ich nun aber per TVHeadend darauf zu zu greifen bekomme ich dort nur ein "Timeout".

Egal wie oft ich mich versuche zu verbinden, nichts taucht im log auf.... So langsam weiß ich nicht mehr weiter woran das liegen könnte, auch stundenlanges suchen im Netz hat mir nicht geholfen. Ich wäre wirklich dankbar wenn mir jemand mit Ideen weiter helfen könnte...

Die ID hatte ich zwischendurch auch auf 1843 - ändert jedoch nichts an dem Fehler (kann falls Bedarf besteht noch einmal Logs/Config posten, lohnt aber bei einer Zeile irgendwie nicht). Bzgl. Loadbalancing: Die Config hatte ich 1:1 aus einem der HowTo's hier kopiert in der Hoffnung, dass es dann endlich funktioniert. Gewundert hatten mich die Loadbalancer-Einstellungen auch...

also normal ist es nicht, dass nicht mal eine Anmeldung im Logfile von OScam auftaucht. Egal ob sie nun positiv abläuft oder abgelehnt wird von OScam.
Wie hast du denn OScam kompiliert? Mit Hilfe von make oder mit cmake? Mal eine andere OScam Version ausprobiert?
Die oscam.conf würde ich auch mal etwas zusammen streichen bzw anpassen:

mittels "cmake -DHAVE_DVBAPI=1 && make" nachdem ich vorher nen svn update getriggert habe. Läuft auch voll durch.

Bis jetzt getestet mit" oscam-1.20-unstable_svn10565" und "oscam-1.20-unstable_svn10610".

Bis jetzt taucht kein Verbindungsversuch auf...

mhhh du verwendest eine Mischform - nicht das es am Ende am cmake liegt. Ich hab da mal irgendwann einen Beitrag im Streamboard gelesen gehabt...ist schon lange her.
Versuch es mal rein mit make:
Quellen holen

ins Verzeichnis wechseln

Optionen auswählen

make config

Oder in der zusammenfassung bis hierher

Sobald die Konfiguration fertig ist einfach

make

sobald fertig ins Verzeichnis Distribution wechseln

cd Distribution

Von dort dann die Datei ohne .debug am Ende nach (wahrscheinlich) /usr/local/bin kopieren und den Namen entsprechend ändern.

(ich hatte es schonmal nur mit make und dann das mit cmake gefunden, daher hatte ich es damals schon mal neu compiled)

Was mir noch einfällt ist - hast du mit iptables irgend etwas gemacht oder hat das System mehr als eine Netzwerkkarte?

Das System hat mehr als eine Netzwerkkarte - als default ist aber das Interface gesetzt über das die Pakete auch reinkommen.

Auch per iptables mache ich nichts weiter, dass die Pakete betrifft. Der Port ist offen, ausgehend ist alles akzeptiert - Ansonsten würde man ja auch nen "Connection refused" anstelle eines "timeout" bekommen.... Timeout deutet eher darauf hin, dass intern die Pakete nicht richtig verarbeitet werden (im tcpdump tauchen Sie ja auf, kommen also am Rechner an)

Ah ok, wenn das System mehr als ein NIC hat, dann setz in der oscam.conf bitte im Abschnitt [global] serverip = die.IP.vom.NIC
Das sollte zwar eigentlich nicht notwendig sein, aber mir gehen die Ideen aus und ansonsten meldet sich hier ja keiner mit anderen Vorschlägen *g*

weiterhin selbes problem... Oscam versucht ja scheinbar nichtmal pakete raus zu schicken... zumindest tauchen im tcpdump auf den newcamd port nur die eingehenden pakete auf....

Ja warum soll OScam auch Daten raus schicken, wenn denn gar keine rein kommen welche beantwortet werden wollen. Da kannst du mit tcpdump lange warten.
Poste doch mal bitte mit Hilfe von iptables -L was du für Regeln gesetzt hast. Ich muß aber gleich dazu sagen ich kenne mich mit iptables zu wenig aus um da dann weiter helfen zu können. Aber evtl findet sich hier ein Linux Guru, der dann weiter helfen kann.
