Hi i have a question regarding externale power for the mca wifi, when i look at the different pics on the forum, it says that i have to "Leiterzug auftrennen"remove the little cap, but on my card i dont have any Leiterzug as showing on the pic.

Hi geiselmen,
i just did the mod, but i have a problem. i keep loosing the wifi connection, plus when i try up upload a new firmware via filezilla server, my max download speed is 6kb and then after few min. it times out.
the power supply that i used is 5v 3mA

Thanks anyway.. The router is few meters away. And when making a search it says 70-80% signal and some times 30-50%. I will unsoiled the power supply just to test if it has something to do with it. I will return back when I have tested it

Are you sure your power supply is OK? 3mA is a very weak amperage and I think you need a stronger power supply. I think the 5V 500mA would be sufficient enough to run it without problems.
