Hi, could you kindly explain in which context the copy and paste of unregistered devices doesn't work? I’ve made the changes to version 6.3.1, and I can add, copy, and paste devices between different projects without any issues.

I updated to 6.3.1 and checked, the problem remains. In the official version of ETS 631 it is not possible to paste unregistered devices into the project. The feature is unlocked only with special developer or tester licenses. Perhaps you have one of these licenses or a modified version of ETS, but I haven't seen one yet. Try logging out of ETS, go to demo mode and copy paste unregistered device, you will probably see the same error as in the screenshot.

Sorry, I don’t fully understand what you wrote. I'll try to explain in English: I made the changes yesterday afternoon to make my copy genuine. The only thing I still need to unlock is the additional apps—excluding the ones already installed, which are working correctly. If what you're saying is simply to copy and paste, that works fine for me, and I don’t understand why that functionality should be blocked.

What can I say... You can see the screenshot I attached, right? There you can see the message that ETS shows when trying to insert an unregistered device into the project. The functionality of the program cannot be different for different users in the same official version, because the Association itself explained that in ETS versions "ETS 6.3.0 and above" the copy function will be blocked for unregistered devices.

I tried importing an unregistered device with ETS without the license, and it did give me an invalid license error. With my version, both importing and copying devices between projects work fine. I'm attaching the screenshot.

1. The import function of projects with unregistered devices is not blocked.
2. Only inserting unregistered devices into the project is blocked.
3. Inserting unregistered devices into a project in official version 630 and higher can be unlocked only if you have a developer or tester license.
4 The above described blocking of functionality was introduced by KNX association intentionally, the link to the information from the official source was in my previous posts.
Unfortunately I have no idea what you have going on in your ETS.

2) I tried to add a knxprod that I created for testatre, and it wouldn't let me import it, giving me a license error, so I simply unlocked the feature..

3) Yes, in addition to the license, there are developer modes and I understood how it manages the license, however, not having one, I have to settle for brutal changes to the controls, in this case it is very simple, too much, for this reason I wanted to understand if perhaps I was missing something.
