Problema IPC-Server

Salve a tutti,

da qualche giorno sto usando un ipc server, non riesco a far andare il cccam-wachdog sul contrab sta impostato che controlla ogni minuto
ma dopo 30 minuti mi va la cam in offline ma il wachdog nn fa restart..
qualche aiutino
