you have to Call (infolinia)

Aby aktywować kartę należy sprawdzić wersję oprogramowania dekodera. Jeśli jest aktualna, to następnym krokiem jest zatelefonowanie pod numer 0 801 08 05 08 lub z telefonów komórkowych na numer 222 444 666. Po połączeniu trzeba wskazać opcję numer 1 (aktywacja karty) i z klawiatury wybrać numer nowej karty. Aktywacja powinna nastąpić w ciągu 3 godzin, ale z reguły termin ten nie przekracza godziny. W trakcie telefonowania na infolinię nowa karta powinna znajdować się w dekoderze, który należy ustawić na kanale numer 10 - Dla Abonentów.

don't know your card, but smargo as mouse is not always the best option,
try to install oscam on your vu+ receiver and use internal reader to activate
