Das es wohl nicht funktioniert und ich kein log unter var/log/FreeDNS-Accounts.log finde.

Schon mal sie dauerschleife die du als logeintrag hast, übersetzt?!

der cronjob in i jobs sollte wie folgt aussehen:

59 20 * * 6 root /usr/bin/FreeDNS.pl NUTZER PASS >> /var/log/FreeDNS-Accounts.log

ergibt sich aus dem Fehler:

Mar 24 20:37:01 debian cron[397]: Error: bad username; while reading /etc/crontab
Mar 24 20:37:01 debian cron[397]: (*system*) ERROR (Syntax error, this crontab file will be ignored)

Dann fehlt dir eine Leerzeile in i jobs am Ende:

aber das Problem, was immer auftritt sind falsche Rechte in der Datei /etc/cron.d/php5

am Ende der Datei (EOF heißt End Of File) also in der letzten Zeile
und nicht Leerzeichen, sondern Leerzeile <enter> und es gehört dahin, bei dir fehlt es!

Meinst du die fehlende im crontab Inhalt nach dem letzten Eintrag oder wo ?

Sollten nach dem B0efehl "chmod 644 /etc/cron.d/php5" die Rechte auf 644 stehen oder auf welchem Wert ?

- Den crontab habe ich angepasst: 45 10 * * 6 root /usr/bin/FreeDNS.pl USER PASS >> /var/log/FreeDNS-Accounts.log
Sollte erneut heute ujm 10:45 Uhr starten.

- Leerzeile ist eingefügt

- Die "Rechte" stehen auf 644 oder doch auf 744 ?

- Passwort und User stimmen überein.

Mal schauen was rauskommt.

die Frage kannst du dir selbst beantworten, wenn du abermals ins syslog schaust und nach einem Zeitpunkt suchst nach der bearbeitung des crontabs,...

Die crons stehen allerdings im Ordner /etc/ in der Datei crontab.

Die log Datei unter FreeDNS-Accounts.log wurde angelegt und ist leer.

Dieser crontab mit aktualisierung aller 5 min der ip

Selbst nach erneutem ändern der cron datei beim einloggen des dyndns anbieter um 11.20 Uhr bekomme ich keinen Eintrag in /var/log/FreeDNS-Accounts.log. Datei bleibt leer. Rechte wurden geänder auf 666.

da ich auch wie @al-x83 kein pearl kann, und das skript auch nicht wirklich kenne kann ich dir wenig über das Problem was bei der Ausgabe des skript passiert sagen, aber anhand der Fehlerbeschreibung würde ich jetzt ein:

chmod 666 /var/log/exim4/mainlog

machen. Aber ob das dann Abhilfe schafft kann ich dir nicht versprechen.
weitere Hinweise werden wohl in der Datei /var/mail/root stehen.
oder einfach mal mit "2>&1 &" am Ende probieren, also:

59 20 * * 6 root /usr/bin/FreeDNS.pl NUTZER PASS >> /var/log/FreeDNS-Accounts.log 2>&1 &

so wie du es bei dem funktionierenden ja auch machst
