crontab - dyndns Anmeldung

Das es wohl nicht funktioniert und ich kein log unter var/log/FreeDNS-Accounts.log finde.
 
sorry, ich bin da jetzt raus, hellsehen kann ich nicht, und wenn du nicht verrätst, was im syslog zu der besagten zeit steht, musst du mit deinem geheimnis selber klar kommen.

der cronjob in i jobs sollte wie folgt aussehen:

ergibt sich aus dem Fehler:

Dann fehlt dir eine Leerzeile in i jobs am Ende:

am Ende der Datei (EOF heißt End Of File) also in der letzten Zeile
und nicht Leerzeichen, sondern Leerzeile <enter> und es gehört dahin, bei dir fehlt es!

Ich verstehs immer noch nicht ganz mit der Leerzeile.

Meinst du die fehlende im crontab Inhalt nach dem letzten Eintrag oder wo ?

Sollten nach dem B0efehl "chmod 644 /etc/cron.d/php5" die Rechte auf 644 stehen oder auf welchem Wert ?
 
- Den crontab habe ich angepasst: 45 10 * * 6 root /usr/bin/FreeDNS.pl USER PASS >> /var/log/FreeDNS-Accounts.log
Sollte erneut heute ujm 10:45 Uhr starten.

- Leerzeile ist eingefügt

- Die "Rechte" stehen auf 644 oder doch auf 744 ?

- Passwort und User stimmen überein.

Mal schauen was rauskommt.

Die crons stehen allerdings im Ordner /etc/ in der Datei crontab.

Die log Datei unter FreeDNS-Accounts.log wurde angelegt und ist leer.

Dieser crontab mit aktualisierung aller 5 min der ip
2,7,12,17,22,27,32,37,42,47,52,57 * * * * root sleep 26 ; wget --no-check-certificate -O -
Sie müssen registriert sein, um Links zu sehen.

funktioniert. Zeigt mir auch die log Datei an.

mach mal ein

chmod 666 /var/log/FreeDNS-Accounts.log
dann sollte das auch funktionieren
 
Selbst nach erneutem ändern der cron datei beim einloggen des dyndns anbieter um 11.20 Uhr bekomme ich keinen Eintrag in /var/log/FreeDNS-Accounts.log. Datei bleibt leer. Rechte wurden geänder auf 666.

da ich auch wie @al-x83 kein pearl kann, und das skript auch nicht wirklich kenne kann ich dir wenig über das Problem was bei der Ausgabe des skript passiert sagen, aber anhand der Fehlerbeschreibung würde ich jetzt ein:

chmod 666 /var/log/exim4/mainlog
machen. Aber ob das dann Abhilfe schafft kann ich dir nicht versprechen.
weitere Hinweise werden wohl in der Datei /var/mail/root stehen.
oder einfach mal mit "2>&1 &" am Ende probieren, also:

so wie du es bei dem funktionierenden ja auch machst
 
Die Datei unter /var/log/exim4/mainlog ist nicht vorhanden. Habe soeben im Verzeichnis nachgeschaut.
