IF YOU LOCKED YOUR CAM PROGRAMMING WITH LAPTOP, CARDS OR SERIAL DEVICE:
Use CAS interface to recover it, this way:
Press "Erase all" button
You will get:
"erasing error on block 0"
"erasing error on block 1"
"erasing error on block 2"
After these three messages, press "ESC" and then "Erase all" again
When deleted, then you can normally program your cam

Howto configure your Nagra3 smartcard, working 100% fine for Reborn CAM using Neo 4.04 sw
1.- Extract bk_convert folder
2.- Run XVI32.exe
3.- File, Open, key.bin
4.- Write on the left side (in hex format) first your Boxkey number, then your Key 0D number. First 8 Bytes (16 digits) are boxkey, next 24 Bytes (48 digits) are Key0D
5.- File, Save
6.- Run bk_convert.exe. This convert your hex data to decimal data, ready for input to your Reborn cam
7.- Go to the common interface menu of the receiver and select slot Neo 4.04
8.- Go to setup, nagra2 boxkey and key0D and input the decimal numbers, then press save
You're ready !
