Method 1: Try repairing the store and check if it helps:

1. Press WinKEY + X or put the mouse in the lower left corner

2. Open the Command Prompt (Run as Administrator)

3. Type in WSReset.exe and hit enter.

If the above method doesn’t fix the issue perform Method 2.


Method 2:

Follow the below steps:

•Open Powershell as administrator

•Run the command

Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online



Method 3:

This problem may appear when mail app fails to sync with the email server. If a license for an app is out of sync with the license installed on your PC, the app might stop working.

Change the Sync Settings in the Mail App, follow the steps below to change mail app sync settings.

1. On Search, click on “Mail” to open the Mail App.
2. Click on “Settings”.
3. Click on “Accounts”.
4. Click on your email account from the list of accounts.
5. Select the option “Email” under the section “Change mail box Sync settings”.

Und Testweise auch mal einen Neuen Benutzer Konto erstellt ?

Wieso Installierst du nicht gleich ein Aktuelles Image von Win10 ?

Sicher wäre es schneller gegangen, aber dachte ja erst nur der Store ist defekt
und nun finde ich eins nach dem anderen...
Die Problembehandlung geht auch gar nicht erst auf und sagt einen Fehler.

Bin gespannt ob nach dem Update bei dem Kollegen wieder alles geht....
Bei mir bleibt das Update immer bei 44 hängen.

Sorry, aber die Zahl der Fehler ist, wie schon einmal geschrieben, so hoch, dass der Wert der Korrektur einzelner gegenüber der Funktionalität des Gesamtzustandes nicht gegeben ist.

Wenn dann auch noch das Update hängenbleibt, setz` den Rechner zumindest zurück oder installiere neu.

Wobei das Zurücksetzen genauso lange wie Neu Installieren dauert,da würde Ich lieber gleich eine Neu Installation vorziehen,da es auch keine Garantie gibt,das Zurücksetzen 100% erfolgreich dann ist,und man dann nochmal anfängt

........wie lange soll ich warten? blinkt, und blinkt. Sicher schon 5 min!


die 3. Methode verstehe ich aber nicht, mein englisch ist so gut wie null.

...erledigt Methode 1, aber hat auch nichts gebracht
