Morning everyone.
Installation of ODIS S went without issue, as did post setup, and everything is good
However, I am having an issue with the license for ODIS E as it states there is an illegal character in the license file:

EDIT: All is well - I checked everything again and realized there was a whitespace at the beginning of the licenselocation.dat file - after correcting it I was able to start postsetup.

The simlink and licenselocation.dat files both appear correctly with the following path entry:
C://ProgramData//OE//license//license.dat
C://ProgramData//OE//license//license.dat
