what happens, when you write this file (Link ist nicht mehr aktiv.) to an SD-Card using win32diskimager
and then try to boot from it (which leds light up?)
please just write in english, using google-translate to post your answers is anything else but helpfull.
(BTW, where are you from if I may ask?)
The way you describe the LEDs indicates that your MCA does succesfully boot from the SD.
Have you tried flashing a "clean" image as desscribed here: Ich habe meins geschrottet!!
Entonces, cuando no sabes como escribir algo en ingles tambien puedes decir en espanol, pero mejor en ingles porque la mayoria lo entienden.
Is this with the SD-card still inserted, or without SD?

It does seem like there is a problem with your sd-slot,
nonetheless it should work using the sd-boot-fix.
You could try running the full-update once again, this time give it more time than usual (maybe around 30 minutes).
When the time has passed reinsert the MCA with the BOOT-FIX-SD-card.
If it still doesn't boot there could also be problems with the internal flash-memory (bad blocks).
However without a serial console connected it's hard to tell what's going on.
If you are not afraid of soldering you could try connecting a serial console and post the output.

I tried again and it's always the same, fixed red light.
Soldering is no problem. I found this wiring diagram but I do not know how to connect, USB, serial, software..
You will need either a TTL<->RS232(COM)- or a TTL<->USB-Cable.
(Some of the older cellphone-cables work, IIRC I have a clone Siemens C25-USB-cable)
You should not connect 3.3V when using a USB-Cable (It most likely uses 5V)!
The settings are:
115200 (baudrate) 8(bits per char) N(No parity) 1(stop bit)
On Linux I use screen (screen /dev/ttyUSB0 115200),
on Windows I believe you can use putty.
They should all work, mine is also being recognized as:
Prolific Technology, Inc. PL2303 Serial Port
I guess you will have to try.
Just remember to only connect GND, RX and TX.
you could put a picture of your connection?
I do not know what I have to connect wires to the cam.
I've been looking online and not sure if I did this scheme is correct.
