- fix for Philips PFL8404H / PFL6636K (requires applying the "alternative compatibility mode" with new DeltaFlashLoader 1.32, see below)
- fixed initialization issue with old ORF 0D05 SmartCards with 00042 serial
- handling Sky’s disturbing PMT changes (thanks örlgrey for your incredible help!)
- improved PPV/channels requiring EMM (e.g. Sky Select) support for some problematic STBs
- entitlements for NDS VideoGuard, CryptoWorks, Irdeto and Conax added (entitlements for all CAS are supported now)
- rearranged CAIDs to prefer German providers (fixes HD+ problems with TechniSat ISIO S)
- some more debug info added (SmartCard/SIM reset counters, CAIDs reported to the host)

NOTE: from Humax iCord's firmware 1.00.38 (CORTEX 1.00.38 and 1.00.39 too) you need to use a caid list without CAID 1830 (HD+ HD01 smartcards) or you can use firmware 1.00.19 that hasn't the CAID problem! Humax's last firmware has a bug that will not allow you to run multicas CAM's with CAID 1830.
