i think you dont read the posts! you have to put the betatunnel in your oscam.user. I´ve explained you which parameter you have to set, look here:

I think you are connected with a payserver. We dont give support for problems like this...
you must not wonder about the ecm-timing. Payserver have a lot of clients and so the timins are very high.
