Dear experts of Becker,

I'm sorry for not writing in German.

My Becker Z102 does not start up. It just hangs on Becker logo.
Also does not connect to the computer via USB.
What could I do?

the problem will be that there something he lacks what to the start will be used.

But I can not connect computer with my Becker Z102 (PC does not "see" the navi).

look if the TTC starts with you. Then you should be able to copy files.

I used 4GB SDHC.
First I used FAT file format, then used FAT32.
Still nothing.

Computer does not find the device...

It only shows small red button with becker logo and then the text [BECKER] and nothing more.

if your PC use Windows 7 or Windows 8, try on a PC with Windows XP

Format the SD card with Panasonic SD formatter (Option: Full Erase).
Then the content from TTC.SD.Autostart copy to SD.
SD plug in the device and tell what happened.

I tried 2 computers. 1 computer Windows 7, other computer Windows XP (also installed Autosync, but no success).

starts the TTC of the SD?
Because you get no USB connection, TTC is the last chance to save your device.
