You are referring that people updated from 4014 to 4364 without issues?
In theory, 4014 is for SFD2 cars (people say to me this) but my car is 2024 pre-facelift and now is on 4014.
Can you confirm that it is safe from 4014 to 4364? There is another option, 4390 has red engineer menu enabled.
Anybody can get this version and share it?

am on 4014 as well. I have read that people successfully upgraded from 4014 to 4364, because 4364 does not check train list. And as far as I have read 4364 and 4398 are the same, at least both of them have the new feature of showing carplay/Android auto navigation turn on VC and HeadUp display.

I have not tested this yet, but I received info from VCtool supprt on how to activate the red enginering menu after P43XX.
"Activation of red menu via FoD Tweaker on compatible systems is already available - you just need to provide the correct FeC code to activate the red menu"

Hello, I am experiencing an issue. Does anyone have any information about this?
I have a 2021 Audi A3. I previously installed version “MHI3_ER_AU_P4014” and had no issues. Today, I installed version “MHI3_ER_AU_P4364.” The installation completed successfully. However, after the installation, the message “Entertainment system is loading, please wait” remains on the head-up display, and multimedia data is not coming through. However, I have no issues with the multimedia screen. Only the multimedia and phone data are not coming through on the head-up display. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?

DAs passiert wenn man ohne TPI einfach irgendwelche Updates aus dem Netz nutzt. Bei diesen Systemen sollte immer entlang der TPI aktualisiert werden, weil manchmal andere Abhängigkeiten gegeben sein müssen
Iam not sure they got it wrong. GEM is not REM....

Ja, Sie haben Recht, aber leider ist in meinem Wohnsitzland (Türkei) kein Update-Support oder Online-Check möglich. Denn AUDI ist in diesem Land nicht offiziell vertreten, es gibt nur Händler, die jedoch keine Kenntnisse in technischen Fragen haben. Was empfehlen Sie mir in dieser Angelegenheit? Ist ein Downgrade möglich?

- Check fault codes
- Reset the media system to factory defaults
- Disconnect battery to reboot everything (clear codes after)
- Update the virual cockpit firmware (might be old and incompatible)
- Update telematics fw (in theory shouldn't be related, but AA and Carplay need that)
- Update the gateway (same as VC)

Missing adaptation
IntermittentI enabled the user profile selection feature, it loaded, then I disabled it again. My problem was solved. It can be found under 5F -> Adaption.
