Update to 2.3 - F.A.Q & Troubleshooting.
1. Activation code.
The Activation Dode is sent immediately to your email account (the one you specified in the activation) after you submitted it.
The Activation Code is a temporary code and it is generated every each time you run the software.
PLEASE REMEMBER NOT TO CLOSE THE UPDATING SOFTWARE BEFORE YOU HAVE COPIED AND PASTED THE ACTIVATION CODE RETREIVED FROM YOUR EMAIL. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!
Question: I have received the activation code but when I type it says WRONG CODE.
Answer: This is because you have shut down the updating software, checked you email and then you have launched it one more time. This has made the Activation code sent by email being expired.
Solution: Run the updating software, when you are prompted to the personal data filed please type your email address and go further, check your email address and then copy and paste the code.
Question: I did not receive the Activation Code.
Answer: Or you put the wrong email address or either your server has junked the email.
Solution: Run the updating software again, when you are prompted to the personal data filed please type your email address and go further, check your email address and then copy and paste the code. The Activation Code is generated every each time you run the upgrading software. In case you don’t get the email then you can do it the procedure again. The payment request will be skipped if it was previously authorized.
2. Server Down.
It may happen that the server is temporary down for maintenance. In this case please try a little bit later like in 1 hour.
