Support VCDS - Only Option?

Hi all,

I'm needing to reset/recalibrate the Steering Angle Sensor on a 2009 audi A3 Project I have. From looking around online it appears only VCDS can do this? I have seen some people mention OBDeleven can but cant seem to find absolute confirmation before forking out for that.

Anyone aware of any other tools/software that can do this?
