Purescreens HD Nature: Neuer HD-Kanal ab 2. Oktober in Frankreich
Ab dem 02. Oktober 2009 feiert ein neuer europäischer HD-Kanal in Frankreich seine Premiere. Der Kanal “Purescreens HD Nature” bietet hochauflösende Panoramabilder und Naturaufnahmen aus nahezu allen Ländern rund um den Globus, aufgenommen von feststehenden HD-Kameras.
Die meist ca. 10-minütigen Aufnahmen zeigen beispielsweise einen Sonnenaufgang in den Alpen, Wellen auf einer karibischen Insel oder eine herrliche Aussicht auf einem schwankenden Palme in der marokkanischen Wüste. Um dem Zuschauer ein möglichst realitätsnahes Gefühl mit zu übermitteln werden die Aufnahmen zu den Uhrzeiten gesendet, an denen Sie auch ursprünglich gefilmt wurden. So kann man morgens einen Sonnenaufgang genießen und am Abend sehen, wie die Sonne untergeht. Und um das ganze Erlebnis noch perfekt zu machen wird der jeweilige Originalton der Aufnahme unverändert ausgestrahlt, beispielsweise das Rauschen der Wellen.
Purescreens HD Nature wird ab dem 02. Oktober 2009 den ca. 3,5 Millionen Kunden der französischen IPTV-Anbieter “Free” und “Alice” angeboten. Die ersten 3 Monate fallen keine Kosten an, danach soll er auf einer “à la carte Basis” angeboten werden.
Der Sender, der rund um die Uhr an 7 Tagen pro Woche sendet strebt nach seinem Debut in Frankreich auch eine weltweite Verbreitung via Kabel, Satellit und IPTV an.
Die Mediengruppe Purescreens hat zudem noch weitere HD-Sender aus verschiedenen Genres in der Pipeline. Mit “Purescreens Museum”, “Purescreens Ocean”, “Purescreens City” und “Purescreens Photo” werden zukünftig noch weitere Sender an den Start gehen.

Sunrises in the morning, sunsets in the evening… To complete the sensation of being immersed in nature, the audio tracks of PURECREENS HD NATURE’s programs are the original sounds recorded on location.
PURESCREENS HD NATURE will broadcast 24/7 on channel 131. It will be offered for free during the first 3 months to all of FREE’s 3.5 million IPTV subscribers. After this trial period, the service will be offered on an à la carte basis.
