ProgDVB v6.0.3 Test &4.92 & 5.16.2

Changes in current versions:
In sixth generation ProgDVB support Internet TV is added. Now in can by means of ProgDVB look free of charge ~1500 TV of channels from all world. For this purpose it is required to you WMP or WM SDK and a minimum of 256 kilobits internet the channel with not limited traffic. It does not demand equipment any in addition.

The second important change - the internal filter - audio the processor. Including an equalizer and other functions.
It is the test version in it some problems are possible. As for new functions I recommend to use the English interface.
