power led broken

The blue power led of my SoloSE doesn't give any light.
I already replaced the led with another regular blue led and now it works again.
But I can't switch on/off my box any longer using the front touch on/off switch.
Does anyone knows how this on/off touch switch works ? Is it a sort of combination blue color and ir led that works together with the ir receiver to make the touch on/off happen ?
Anyone knows what type of led is used ?

I don´t know the type of the LED. But I have "corpses" of tests with the flash chip.
If you want I can send you the whole front cover for only shipping costs.
