Bei dir ist etwas nicht mehr da, damit ETKA laufen kann. Daher, wie schon gesagt hatte. Oder am besten sauber deinstallieren, dann neu installieren. Du kannst ansonsten noch ewig damit herummachen. Nur so am Rande.

Ich habe ein Problem mit den Updates. Ich habe jetzt Skoda nachinstalliert. Die Updates werden auch geladen. Aber sobald ich das Update Fenster schließe, werden die Updates im SK Ordner Updates gelöscht. Und die Meldung „Keine Updates vorhanden“ erscheint. Audi und VW funktioniert wie immer. Preis Updates auch.

Hello can I know how VIN decoder works? after i put my info in there it worked but it does not create any txt file in FGST folder.
I wanted to compare it with my txt file.
Anyway the problem is that even if I put my txt file in FGST folder, PETKA is still showing those few information obtained with VIN decoder. In other words it seems that since I used VIN decoder now the program still continues to use it and ignores my txt file placed in FGST folder.
So I made another test: I just copied all those letters and numbers of the txt file (starting after the year) into the VIN decoder box for the equipment installed. In this case PETKA shows me every equipment installed but there is an error with engine and transmission code that are not accepted
Maybe I was not clear with the explanation but it's a weird situation!

Schau in den Einstellung ob der Pfad stimmt oder in der reg. Sonsten in data1 und 2 gegeneinander prüfen. Aber sonsten mehr info zu.

Ich vermute mal das der gute das nicht in den Ordner gesteckt hat wo es hin gehört. Oder andere Version mit Loader Nuzt !???? Hier ist immer noch 8.5 Support
Grade auf die schnelle 8.5 und 8.3 getestet. Alles gut ! Ducken und weg.....

I tested @Ghost2140 (thank you!) file and I still have the same error that I attached.
As I told I have this error
1) after the procedure with VIN decoder: copy/paste the codes in the PR space, as I described in the previous post
2) before putting any txt fil in the FGST folder
3) with my txt file in the folder
4) with @Ghost2140 txt in the folder
5) after deleting txt file from the FGST folder (returning to point 2)
So I think the problem is that PETKA is still reading somewhere the file created with VIN decoder and continue ignorig the txt files
Support accepted!

EDIT I FINALLY SOLVED THE PROBLEM! Here the solution as It could be useful for others:
The problem is that PETKA is looking for the files in the path X:\ProgramData\Digital-Eliteboard\PETKA\USERDATA\FGST
BUT
The path of installation may not be that one, it depends on your Windows version and language (mine is italian) I think.
In my case it installed the software in the path with the italian translation of Program Data ---> Programmi and with (x86) maybe because my windows is 64-bit and the software not, idk.
So after I activated the option View hidden files and folders in Windows I finally got the ProgramData folder visible in the C: drive.
So if you have this problem try this solution, and be suspicious if you have to create the folders USERDATA\FGST because they are not in your software path as it happened to me!

Das ist doch klar das die Ordner im nicht sehbaren Mod sind. Dann wirst du da falsch was eingetragen haben dein Text. Einmal richtig machen dann klappt das auch. Zu dem auch die Info geben hättest können was wo du es eingestellt hast die Text datei .

Was muss ich tun, damit Etka mir nur Teile anzeigt, die zu meinem Audi passen. Die FI Suche sollte man ja nicht verwenden habe ich gelesen.

Du musst dein Fahrzeug basierend der PR Codes anlegen und dann über diene VIN oder den Namen, den du für die Datei vergeben hast, suchen.
