i don't know because i did not yet extract 0097 block
but i find on internet, it begins 84...

NUID dont beginnts with 84.
It beginns with 2 or 3 Number

Its possible but its little bit harder then with 2xxxx.
But Question is you have card what is paired with this STB? And is the Card still active, or it is in moment expired and you planing to activate it after you have the keys?

i thought nuid is extracted from 0097 block
i have the card with stb, i dont know if it is active, i want to activate it maybe later

Do you have somebody who can activate the Card, what was once Disabled? If you calling Tcom they will say you you will get new STB and thats the only way how can activate in moment (2024)-
If you have some connection in the Tcom, this is then a other Story.
Thats the most important Question in moment.
