The CCcam.cfg file is located in /usr/keys/
If you don't want to use the cli, you can also try to force a plugin inventory update by going to: Setup - Software management - Manage Extensions
DON'T UPDATE ! The box hasn't enough flash space to finish the updates.
Then go back to Plugins.
