No PVR: Medialink Black Panther 1 Card 1 CI+ Combo HD Receiver

Sorry I do not speak German. I've just bought this satellite receiver: Medialink Black Panther 1 Card 1 CI + Combo HD Receiver.

The PVR function doesn't work.
My software version is: 1.31a
My boot version is: 1.09

I think I have to update the software. Can you tell me which software I have to download? Do I need to update the bootloader?

And how to update the software and the bootloader?

Look at for a new Firmware. Bootloader is not needed.
Just extract the .zip File to a USB Stick an put it in the Receiver.
