1) What is it ?
A new Sim for your DM Clone box that supports OE2.x and
IPTV, it works on DM8000HD, DM800HD (as well as on DM800HD Sim 1 old boxes), DM800HDse, DM500HD.
There is 2 versions,
a) Japhar .NC3 reflashable
b) Japhar .B14 One Time Programming.
2) What is available on them ?
a) Japhar .NC3, is able to support various Sim card OS, and you can reflash/change them when you want.
the .NC3 sim is like a "Blank HardDisk", where you can install the OS you want (Linux, Windows, OSX etc). So once you load the right OS into the "Hard Disk" of the .NC3 Sim, then your sim acts as you chosen. You can reformat the "Hard Disk" and load again the OS you want into it (and same for the .NC3 Sim). The .NC3 sim comes with a preloaded OS that you can replace as per your wish and needs.
The Japhar .NC3 Sim is having the current OS :
- DM8000HD : Ferrari OS
- DM8000HD : Japhar OS (OE2.x compatible)
- DM800HD : Autoselect Ferrari DM800HD, Sim2 and Japhar (OE2.0 compatible)
- DM800HD : Japhar DM800HD Only (OE2.0 compatible)
- DM800HD : Ferrari DM800HD Only
- DM800HD : Sim 2.01 DM800HD Only (OE2.0 compatible)
- DM800HD : Sim 1.0 DM800HD Only
- DM800HDse : Ferrari OS
- DM800HDse : Japhar OS (OE2.x compatible)
- DM800HDseV2 : Japhar OS (OE2.x compatible)
- DM500HD : Ferrari OS
- DM500HD : Japhar OS (OE2.x compatible)
- DM500HDV2 : Japhar OS (OE2.x compatible)
You can use the .NC3 on all boxes, original and clones of all teams, as well as old Sim 1.0 DM800HD boxes naturally.
a) .B14, will be sent to you with the OS preloaded. You cannot change it, as on all Sim available today. What is available on the .B14 ?
The Japhar .B14 supports :
- DM800HD : 2 sim in 1 = Ferrari DM800HD (OE1.6) + Sim 2.01 (OE2.0) = SuperSim2
- DM8000HD : Ferrari DM8000HD (OE1.6)
- DM800HDse : Ferrari DM800HDse (OE1.6)
- DM500HD : Ferrari DM800HD (OE1.6)
3) The real differences between the Japhar B14 and NC3 ?
The NC3 is reflashable and you can reuse the sim for other boxes or reflash a new OS if new OE needs to have modifications in the sim. No more Sim 1.0, then Sim 2.0 then Sim 3.0, beeing forced to change your sim every time !
4) Example :
If you need OE2.x for your DM8000HD/DM500HD/DM800HDse you will need the Japhar .NC3
- DM800HD : 3 sim in 1 = Ferrari + Sim 2.01 + Japhar (OE2.0) = SuperSim3
- DM8000HD : Japhar OE2.x / Ferrari DM800HD OE1.6
- DM800HDse : Japhar OE2.x / Ferrari DM800HD OE1.6
- DM500HD : Japhar OE2.x / Ferrari DM800HD OE1.6
(Planned for Japhar .NC3 to support also DM800HDseV2 & DM500HDv2)
5) Conclusion :
About the 2 Japhar Sims :

Japhar .NC3 is reprogrammable and upgradable (you can change software inside to use the sim in another box). You gain access to OE2.x and
IPTV.

Japhar .B14 is not reprogrammable like the old sims of today (Ferrari Sim, Sim 2.01, A8P, etc).
IPTV/OE2.0 is for DM800HD, for the other boxes the versions support OE1.6 images.
