Log rotiert nicht mehr

Ich habe hier einenOdroid C1 mit IPC und OScam 11398.
Seit ein paar Tagen habe ich festgestellt, das das Log nicht rotiert bzw einfach endet. Im Livlog funktioniert alles.

Das ist aus Files logfile. Wie man sieht endet das Log abrupt um 15:27:51.
Im Livelog funktioniert alles ganz normal weiter.

Habe festgestellt, das /var/log bei 100% liegt und immer "vollläuft". Wie kann ich Das ändern?

Meines wissen rotiert oscam selbst gar nicht. Kannst eine logrotate Regel anlegen. Dann macht das Linux

Wenn ich paar alte Logdateien rauslösche, läuft es auch weiter.

Wenn die Menge der Daten voll sind, die in oscam.conf unter log eingestellt hast, legt osam eine neue Datei OScam.log-prev an. In dieser sind dann die alten logs von oscam.log
So ist das jedenfalls bei mir.
Oscam.log wird dann neu befüllt mit neuen Daten.

normal erstellt die Oscam doch selbstständig eine neue oscam.log und speichert die alte als oscam.log-prev.

Wenn die oscam.log wieder voll ist, wird die oscam.log-prev gelöscht und eine neue angelegt

Vielleicht gibt es bei deiner ganz neuen 11398 einen Bug diesbezüglich

Das Log rotiert erst wenn maxlogsize erreicht ist, wenn davor der Speicher voll ist kann nichts mehr rotiert werden, wohin auch?

Dann hast du 3 Optionen:
/var/log vergrößern
Log woanders ablegen
Logsize verkleinern

Ja ich werde es mal beobachten. Habe erst mal paar große Dateien rausgeschmissen und bin jetzt bei /var/log bei 52%. Mal sehen wie es morgen aussieht.

Zu Logrotate gibt's schon einige Threads, hat aber nict wirklich was mit Oscam zu tun.
Dein Syslog und so weiter haben genau so angehalten wenn /var/log voll war
