Help with activation emm

Hello, and sorry for writing in English. My friend has received new v14 card with ci modul. He didnt put his card in ci, so card is not paired. He set his oscam, has called sky help desk and in log file he has this emm for activation:
8270A2
and emm for tiers
8270344

Can He write A2 or he need to wait for onother emm.

How old is the Card?
There is no possibility to activate the card above july 2015, without pairing

Card is from September. So no sollution for now. Thanks again for helping.Regards.
