Der südkoreanische Elektronikkonzern LG bringt mit dem GD910 ein Videotelefon in Form einer Armbanduhr auf den Markt.
Das LG GD910 ist ein winziges Video-Handy.

Das LG GD910 ermöglicht es, mobil Videotelefonate zu führen und ist Unternehmensangaben zufolge weltweit einzigartig.

Mit knapp 14 Millimetern fällt das Gerät recht dünn aus. Es verfügt über einen 1,4-Zoll-Touchscreen, Kamera, MP3-Player, Lautsprecher sowie Bluetooth. Daten werden mit UMTS-Turbo HSDPA übertragen.

Main disadvantages:

• See water resistance above
• Bulkier than even a large watch
• No way to expand the built-in memory
• Display colors and contrast are pretty washed out even in the dark
• UI is somewhat slow at times
• No FM radio
• Trekkies would rather go for a lapel phone
