Hatte unter Debian auchmal das Problem das es mit tzdata auch nicht ging..

ich habe es dann so gemacht...

mv /etc/localtime /etc/localtime.old
ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Berlin /etc/localtime

Damit ging es dann.

Mittlerweile mache ich es so

#aptitude install ntpdate ntp tzdata
#/etc/init.d/ntp stop
#ntpdate zeit.fu-berlin.de
#hwclock --systohc
#dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
#/etc/init.d/ntp start

fertig
