Support Desktop öffnen beim Clarion NX509E ?

hey, yesterday I cleared the entire contents of the CLARION folder into the NP509E clarionand replaced it with the IGO primo. I renamed Primo.exe to Clarion.exe Navigation starts only on the logo and then turns off and turns on and off
Now I can't even join in and make edits. Can you help me?
SD card does not respond to BLACKBOX folder or ceDeskop.exe

Please what do I do?
